Boasting a solid 12-year journey spanning roles from Portfolio Property Manager to Operations Manager and Licencee, I’ve traversed the inner workings of over 40 offices. However, amid damaging work environments, I witnessed a disheartening trend of valuable talent leaving the industry in droves.
